Dry Needling

We offer trigger point dry needling as part of our manual therapy techniques. This treatment uses fine needles to target trigger points like tight sensitive areas in muscles and fascia that cause pain and inflammation. By precisely inserting needles into these spots, we help release tension, reduce pain, and improve muscle function quickly.

Dry Needling in elbow at Apex Physical Therapy and Sports Performance
RELIEVE PAIN. RESTORE FUNCTION.

Dry Needling is not acupuncture. We use thin, dry needles in this therapy performed by licensed medical professionals… not for injections or medication, but for targeted treatment. The needles are so fine that most patients feel little to no discomfort during insertion. Before starting, we thoroughly assess your condition to determine the best approach. You may experience mild soreness or bruising afterward, but many patients notice greater relaxation and increased energy as a result.
