I had suffered a wrist injury during a competition and saw an orthopedic doctor who told me I had a ulnar impaction, NEEDED surgery with a small chance of improvement, and to stop lifting weights… well that wasn’t an option for me and there had to be another way, well was recommended Apex and wow after several visits and religiously following his protocol that he made for me I am now Pain Free and lifting MORE than I was! I am EXTREMELY grateful for him and his team working with me and getting me back up and running again! Thank you so much!

I was skeptical about all the 5 star reviews but they are legit. It’s hard to express how much Nathan and Amy have helped me with chronic pain. Had Achilles tendinitis that was preventing me from even walking my dogs, and now we walk daily. Also had them use the softwave on my back which has had issues for more than a decade. Nothing I’d tried before had helped- “regular” physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, more physical therapy. Nothing. But now I can be active and do the things I want without my back seizing up in pain. It’s not 100% given that I’ve had this injury for well over a decade but it is so much better than it was. Soft wave therapy is not inexpensive but walking around with chronic pain takes a serious toll so it has really been worth it!

This is the best place ever! When I started I could not walk without severe pain. I could not walk at all barefoot. I felt horrible and tried everything from inserts, new shoes, foot massages, and creams. Nothing worked and then I found Apex Physical Therapy. I am so happy to say after all my sessions I am pain free and walking barefoot again!! I recommend this to anyone! You will get your life back!

I have been dealing with chronic back pain for over three years after an injury. I spent years getting chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy , and dry needling without much improvement. After the very FIRST treatment with the softwave with Dr. Teter my back pain was virtually gone! My pain has continued to improve and has stayed gone since I have continued with the softwave therapy. I am very pleased with the results and the noninvasive treatment option. He is very knowledgeable and professional. If you are suffering from chronic pain, this is the guy to fix it!

I highly recommend Softwave therapy and Dr. Nathan Teter at Apex Physical Therapy. I have hallux limitus (big toe joint pain) and tried two cortisone steroid shots, which only gave me minimal relief. To avoid surgery on my big toe joint, I looked into Softwave, which is a shockwave therapy that uses acoustic waves to stimulate tissue healing and relieve acute pain. I've had ten sessions so far and experienced about 80% reduction in pain/discomfort. Now I'm giving my foot a few months rest for my natural stem cells to begin healing the joint further. I may or may not need more Softwave therapy, but so far it was worth every penny. Dr. Teter is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very glad I trusted him and tried this non-surgical option.

This was the first time that I had dry needling. It was amazing! Cannot wait to get another treatment. It is the only thing that helps the pain. Dr. Teter is amazing at the technique. I highly recommend!!

Dr. Teter is wonderful! I was recommended to try soft wave therapy from my dad, who also had great results. I’m so glad I tried it! My right knee, which had a lot of pain and instability due to past injuries, is now almost completely pain free after only a few sessions. I really appreciate the way Dr. Teter explained the entire process, took his time to make sure every aspect of my knee was taken care of, and kindly answered all of my (many!) questions. I can’t recommend him enough!
